He was predeceased by: his father Larry J Price; and his grandparents, Pat, Mary Fazio, George and Vieva Price.
He is survived by: his mother Flora Ann Fazio Price of Anmoore; his former wife Nykki; his daughter Madison; his aunt Patty; and his uncle Whitey Price. He is also survived by many cousins and very dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that donations be made in Honor of Chris to the Martha and Mary Ministry, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 8092 Third Street, Stonewood, WV 26301.
