He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Milton and Margaret Jane Cox Allen; his wife Terry Sue Bramer Allen; his son Edward Milton Allen, Jr.; and his siblings, Ronald Lee "Tex" Allen, Stanley Allen, Edna, Oleta, Mary and Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his daughter Meredith McClain (Mark); his grandchildren, Eric McClain and Bailey Levi McClain; and his sisters, Sandra Siders, Dolly Wine, Liberty Addition, Mildred Jane Allen, Yorkie and Suzie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a large extended family and friends.
