He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert McCray and Lavina Mae McCray (Adams); his grandparents, James, Vivian McCray, Luther and Sylvia Adams; his aunt Lura McCray; his siblings-in-law, Betty McCray and Robert Wentz; his niece Laura McCray; and his nephew Jeremiah McCray.
He is survived by: his siblings, Edna Wentz of Anmoore, WV, Roberta (Ron Daughtery), Robert McCray (Pat) of Nettie, WV, Roger (Linda McCray), Randall McCray of Mount Clare, WV, Debra (Mark Robinson), David of Zebulon, NC and Joel McCray of Anmoore, WV; and his sisters-in-law, Lola McCray, Ruth Ann Giles and Linda Rush McCray. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great- great nieces, and great-great nephews.
