She was predeceased by: her parent John Harp. She is survived by: her parent Marguerite Churchill; her husband Roy; her children, Tracy Houck (Matt Houck) and Jesse Lockhart; her stepson Lester Lockhart; and her granddaughter Jocelyn Houck.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Augusta Fire and rescue, Rt. 50 East, Augusta, WV 26074.
