He was predeceased by : his parent Clark William Nicklow, Sr.. He is survived by : his parent Ella Marie Nicklow (Filsinger); his sister Janet Sisler; his nephew Harlen Kemphfer, Sr.; his wife Connie Nicklow (Baker); his children, Clark W. Nicklow III and Kathryn D. Browning (Gene); his sister Carolyn Nicklow of Summerville, GA; his grandchildren, Christopher Browning, Danielle Browning and Samantha Browning; his great grandchild Russell Joseph Baird III; his aunt Eleanor Fearer of Friendsville, MD; his children, Donna Moats (Kemphfer), Harlen Kemphfer (Jeannie), Aurora Shapiro and Heather Shapiro (Jason); his grandchildren, Tucker Kemphfer of Aurora, Hillary Shapiro and Logan Shapiro of Oakland; and also, Bruceton and Mary K.. He is also survived by two nephews, whom he spent a lot of time with and held a special place in his heart, Jerry Kemphfer, Albright, WV and Hayward "Bunky" Baker, Aurora; several other nieces and nephews.
