It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derrick Smith (Baker, West Virginia), born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, who passed away on December 11, 2019, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his parents, Randy L. Smith and Denece P. Buckler Smith; his sister Elisha Pepperman (Dexter); his children, Aden Smith and Briell Smith of Wardensville; his grandmother Catherine Smith of Baker; his niece Kylie Pepperman; and his nephew Kasen Pepperman.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
