It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elbert Shell of Baker, West Virginia, born in Lost City, West Virginia, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Bruce G. Shell and Annie See Shell; his brothers, Delbert Shell and Edward Shell; his half-brother Oakley See; and his sisters, Merlee Caldwell, Neva Shaver, Erma Strawderman and Lorna White.

He is survived by : his siblings, Ronald Shell of Weyers Cave, VA and Edith McDonaldson of Westland, MI..
