Though Deborah may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her father Woodrow Legg; her husband Greg Foster; and her siblings, Phyllis Winters, Kenneth and Gene Legg.
She is survived by: her mother Verna Legg; her daughter Lennie Church of Beckley; her brothers, Robert Legg of West Chester, PA and Gary Legg (Martha) of Martinsburg, WV; and her aunt Ann Huffer of Asheville, NC. She is also survived by one niece and several nephews.
