She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Davis and Ida Maple McCauley Davis; her siblings, Ralph Davis, Charles Leo Davis, Eleanor Davis and Angeline; and her son Aaron Zastiwanik.

She is survived by : her children, Samantha Nicole Carpenter of Belington and Lonzo Hoy Carpenter II (Nicole) of Belington; and her grandchildren, Alyssa Owens (Adam), Owen Dwayne Green, Annie Carpenter, Thomas Carpenter, Aaron Carpenter and Faith Walters.
