She was predeceased by : her parents, Chester Shahan and Ruth Shahan (Delauder); her husband Elwood Lee Canfield; and her siblings, Lee Shahan, Troy Shahan, Gene Shahan, Waldo Shahan, Lucille Mae Johnson, Wanda Compton, Shirley Shahan, Dorothy Tincher and Rochella Shahan.
She is survived by : her children, Elwood "Eric" Canfield (Penny) of Philippi and Shirley Nestor (Marvin) of St. George; and her grandchildren, Brock and Karsen Canfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contribution be made to the Belington Emergency Squad Po.
