It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Paige Peters of Belington, West Virginia, who passed away on July 17, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Dalton and Julia Marie Moyer. She is survived by : her husband William H. Peters; her children, Pamela, Patricia and William; and her grandson Keith.
