Betty Jo Elkins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo Elkins of Belle, West Virginia, who passed away on May 27, 2021 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Jo Elkins to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Opal Ferrell and Earl Ferrell of Cabin Creek; and her husband James Elkins Sr.. She is survived by : her grandchildren, Kristen Brooks (Brandon) and Justin Elkins; her great grandchild Bently Brooks of Mechanicsville, Virginia; her sister Nancy Bailey; her nieces and nephews, Tim Bailey of Goshen, Indiana, Diana Dunn (David) of Given, David Elkins (Susie) of Belle, Gregg Elkins of Dunbar, Jeff Elkins (Laura) of Nitro and Beth Drake (Dale) of Chantilly, Virginia; and her friends, Pat Hunter, Johnna Lyons, Jimmy Mize, Mary Hastings, Jerry Lane, Carolyn Morris, Keith Johnson and Steve Fitzgerald. She is also survived by eight great nephews; eight great nieces; 15 great-great nephews; eighteen great-great nieces and three great-great-great nieces.
Please be fully aware and abide with the State of West Virginia and CDC guidelines during the COVID-19 Pandemic, which still require face masks for to be worn by the unvaccinated and that social distancing be observed should you wish to attend the visitation or funeral service.
