It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Jean Bailey (Belle, West Virginia), who passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Orville Seabolt and Geraldine Moles Seabolt; and her brothers, Roger, Orville Jr. and Harry Seabolt.
She is survived by : her husband Forrest Bailey; her siblings, Gleston of Charleston, Frank Seabolt of Charleston, Fredrick Seabolt of Cross Lanes, Elsie Romine of Dunbar, Brenda Carte of Braxton County and Wilma Strickland of Elkview; her niece April Jeffrey; and her great-niece Makayla Jeffrey.
