She was predeceased by: her parents, Straley Plumer and Elizabeth Margaret Smith Ball; her husband William Finein, Jr.; and her son Timothy Ronald Henry. She is survived by: her daughter Melanie Dawn White of Lusby, MD; her siblings, Betty Richardson of O'Fallon, MO, Clara Bradley of Chambersburg, PA and Charles Ball of Laurel, MD; and her grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Terry of Morgantown, WV, Nicholas Aaron Terry of Lusby, MD and Nate Ian Terry of Lusby, MD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
