She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard M. Yost and C. Estella Stotler Michael Yost; her former husband Donald D. Ford, Sr.; her husband Hale E. Andrews; her siblings, Warren C. Yost, Dwight A. Yost, Bernard D. Yost, Leonard F. Yost and Betty Y. Cohill Trittapoe; and her stepsiblings, E. Virgil Yost, Alfred M. Yost, Frank L. Yost, Mary Yost Hottel Martin and Ama Yost Catlett.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald D. Ford, Jr., Leonard M. Ford and Stephen R. Ford; and her stepchildren, Kevan Andrews Namay, Kip Andrews Omps, Earle H. Andrews and Douglas M. Andrews. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
