He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Lester Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Irene Kuykendall Johnson of Berkeley Springs; his children, Christopher Chase Johnson of Berkeley Springs and Jessica Breanne Mann of Warfordsburg, PA; his siblings, Kimberly Johnson Nichols of Berkeley Springs and Kirk William Johnson of Berkeley Springs; and his grandchildren, Austin of Warfordsburg, Coltin of Warfordsburg, Braxtin Mann of Warfordsburg, Logan Johnson of Berkeley Springs, Grason Johnson of Berkeley Springs and Henry Johnson of Berkeley Springs. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.
