He was predeceased by: his wife Kenda Dawson Stotler; his parents, Phillip L. Stotler, Sr. and Madeline Dunham; and his stepfather Robert L. Dunham, Sr.. He is survived by: his sons, Lanceton Dawson Stotler and Britton Phillip Stotler (Caitlin); and his siblings, Edwina Harington and Robert Linwood Dunham Jr..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center (95 Union St, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411).
