With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Harper (Beverly, West Virginia), born in Mill Creek, West Virginia, who passed away on September 27, 2019 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Evelyn Harper to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Dexter Ambrose Defibaugh and Gertrude Higgins Defibaugh; her daughter Darlene Felton; her great grandchild Audrianna Harper; and her brothers, Bob and Denny Defibaugh.

She is survived by : her husband Howard Harper; her children, Chuck Harper of Beverly, David Harper (Macel) of Beverly, Greg Harper (Barbara) of Harrisonburg, VA and Methilda Shifflett (Don) of Beverly; her grandchildren, Matt Morris, Crystal Morris, Scott Felton, Erika Shifflett, Logan Harper (Aubrey), Jacob Harper and Hailea Harper; her great grandchildren, Adley, Zeb Felton, Paetyn, Reagan, Maddox Harper, Kaylee Neff, Rafael Mendoza and Mattalynn Morris; her sisters, Reta Dillon (Perry) of Beverly and Carolyn Daniels (Harry) of Beverly; and her sister-in-law Shirley Defibaugh of Mill Creek.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Mrs. Harper.
