It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Marie Bartgis of Beverly, West Virginia, born in Bartow, West Virginia, who passed away on May 17, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Grant Andrew Vandevender and Edna Alice Waybright Vandevender; her sons, Steven Glenn Robinson (Melinda) of Beverly and Brian Dean Robinson (Darlene) of Belington; her grandchildren, Brittney Mayo, Kristen, Ashley, Dean, Corrin Robinson and Richard Vest; her great grandchildren, Draven Mayo, Jessalyn Channell and Eli Sutter; and her siblings, Helen Moats, Eugene and Junior Vandevender.
