She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur W. Paugh and Elsie Kerns Paugh; and her brother John Paugh. She is survived by : her daughter Rebecca Weekley of Beverly; her grandsons, Michael and Andrew Bartlett; her daughter Patricia Farrell (Shaun); her grandchildren, Courtney and Matthew Farrell of Harleysville, PA; her stepchildren, Barbara Adams (James), Lennie Louk of Midlothian, VA and Carl Louk of Prince George, VA; her siblings, Wayne Paugh of Spring Grove, PA, Stella Ney of Archdale, NC and Wilma Wegman of Beverly; and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Kelsey Golden and Liam Bartlett.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 122 South High Street, Morgantown, WV 26501 in memory of Juanita.
