He is survived by : his wife Norma Jean "Jeanie" Stulley Phillips of Beverly; his children, Ronald Richard Phillips, II (Michelle) of Elkins, Carson Wade Phillips of Bridgeport, WV, Traci Layne Phillips Roach (Ronnie) of Beverly and Loree Michele Phillips of Elkins; his stepchildren, Bryan Parrish (Lori Barr) of Belpre, OH, Laura Parrish of Little Hocking, OH and Leigh Stubbs (John) of Waverly, OH.; and his siblings, Otto Jay Phillips (Mary) of Cody, WY, Janet Harman (Jim) of Elkins and Nancy Jones (Tom) of Laurens, SC..
