She was predeceased by : her husband Burnett "Tom" McGuffey; and her parents, Earl W. Gentry and Jewell Gentry. She is survived by : her son Steven McGuffey; her granddaughter Sharon Silence; her great grandchild Gage Silence; and her siblings, Melissa and Kenneth (Rosie Gentry). She is also survived by several friends, nieces and nephews.
