She was predeceased by: her parents, Bascom Murphy and Ruby Tabor Murphy; her husband Robert Lane Belcher; her daughter Theresa Helton; and her brother Thomas Murphy.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Belcher of Knoxville, TN; her grandchildren, Garrett Belcher (Sarah), Delayni Belcher, Austin Pendleton (Georgia) and Christian Pendleton; her son-in-law Randy Helton (late Theresa Helton); and her brother Charles Murphy of Princeton, WV.. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
