He is survived by: his wife Grace G. Monitor; his daughters, Karen Fox (Wayne) of Ballard, WV and Sharon Sullivan (David) of Fredericksburg, VA.; and his grandchildren, Christina Rose (Chris), Ashley Freeman (Ty), Amber Yancey (Coty), Matthew Fox (Krystal) and Sean Sullivan (Alexis).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
