He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Onzie and Judy Horn; and his son Jax Cole Horn. He is survived by : his parents, James Sr. Horn and Misty Ann Dillon Horn of Big Sandy, WV; his brother Matthew Timothy Horn (Kayla Noe) of Havaco, WV; his niece Olivia Horn of Havaco; his aunts, Tina Morgan (Mark) of Marytown, WV, Judy Horn of Coon Branch, WV, Diane Frazier (Jim Castle) of Montcalm, WV and Crystal Dillon of Coon Branch; and his grandparents, Freddie and Bonnie Meadows of Iaeger, WV.
