Carter; her sons, Wayne Carter of Bluefield and Robby Carter (Michelle) of Bluefield; and her sister Janie Mitchell (Cecil) of Bluefield, VA. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
