He is survived by: his parents, Michael Prasatek, and Brenda Prasatek, Sr. of Bluefield, W. V.; his children, Brandon and Nikki Prasatek; his grandsons, Kylan and Aden; the mother of his children Donna Riley (Johnnie); his brother Kevin Prasatek (Tangie) of Bluefield, W. V.; his nephew Justin Prasatek (Amanda); his nieces, Tiffany Prasatek (CW Dillow), Crystal Dunn (Allen) and Samantha Conrad; his aunt Rebecca Harless; and his cousin Justin Harless.
