With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stella Dills Bell of Bluefield, West Virginia, born in Chilhowie, Virginia, who passed away on January 11, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gilley and Rosa Eldridge Gilley; her former husband Charles Dills; her husband Paul Bell; and her brothers, Jimmy Gilley, Joe Gilley and Thomas Gilley.
She is survived by: her siblings, Rindo Lilly, Dewey Gilley (Ahn) and Roger Gilley (Christine); her children, Judy Popp (Steve J.), Patti Legg (Tony), Rosa Moody (Tim) and Richard Bell; her grandsons, Steve C. Popp (Kelli) and Michael Moody; and her great grandchildren, Megan Popp and Erika Popp. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
