We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2020, at the age of 91, Troy Finney of Bluefield, West Virginia, born in Keystone, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Stafford Finney and Nola Green Finney; his wife Violet Louise York Finney; and his children, Edward Finney, Ricky Finney and Sandy Finney.

He is survived by : his sons, Matthew Finney (Ashley) of Max Meadows, VA, David Finney (Gennett) of Bluefield, WV, Troy Mark Finney of Drexel, NC and Darrel Blane Finney of Drexel, NC; his brothers, Charles Finney of Roanoke, VA and Earnest Finney of Roanoke, VA; his niece Teresa Hall; and his nephews, Keith of Huntington, Allen of Huntington and Craig Dills of Huntington. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
