He is survived by: his wife Tracy Millwood Cook; his daughter Savanna Williams of Harper; his siblings, Arnold Cook, Denzil Cook (Mona), Roger Cook, Jerry Cook, Paul Cook, Johnny Cook, Linda Satterwhite, Brenda Stanley (Jerry), Elizabeth Vincent, Susie Fridley (William), Alice Quinto (Andrew) and Louise Price; and his pet Samantha.
