Lorraine D. Burke Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine D. Burke of Bowden, West Virginia, born in Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Dahmer and Julia Lantz Dahmer; her husband Mark Edison Burke; her son Mark Lynn Burke; her grandsons, Mark Lynn Burke, II and Tommy "Tinker" Stalnaker; her daughter-in-law Annabelle Stalnaker; and her siblings, Bug Dahmer, Ruby Booth and Lori Dahmer.
She is survived by: her sons, Zachary "Zach" Burke (Dana) of Bowden and Thomas Stalnaker of Bowden; her grandchildren, JB, Tim, Rick, Christina, Christopher, Lindsay, Becky (Scottie), Cory and Steve; and her great grandchildren, Ryland, Greyson, Alessa, Tucker, Landon, Grady and Reagan.
Masks and social distancing will be required for everyone attending the services.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Mrs. Burke.
