She is survived by: her husband Raymond Wilson Adkins; her son Gary Brandon Adkins; her stepdaughters, April and Amy Adkins; her siblings, William Ralph Slone, Ella Louise Terry and Kathleen Lester; her grandchildren, Zoey Elizabeth Adkins, Adum Marie Adkins and Gary Brandon Adkins II; her stepgrandchildren, Amber Adkins and Zack Adkins; her great grandchild Avery Dawn Carter; and her great-niece Delilah "Sissy" Lou Terry. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
