He is survived by: his sister Margaret "Duke" Hollingshead (Gary) of Teays Valley; his children, Lenora Kitts (Sam) of Teays Valley, Eddie Lucas (Tammy) of West Hamlin, Russell Lucas (Dionne) of West Hamlin and Jeff Lucas of Branchland; his grandchildren, Matthew Lucas (Jasmin), Alex Bartolomeo (Shane), Jacob Lucas, Olivia Dean, Taylor Lucas, Seth Lucas, Cole Lucas, Hadlee Lucas and Harper Lucas; and his close friend Nancy McCallister.
