It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regina T. Brumfield of Branchland, West Virginia, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Jennings Adkins and Nola Miller Adkins; her husband Alvin James Brumfield; her children, Steve Toppins, Patrick Allen Toppins, Lloyd Leland Toppins, Drema Dawn Miller and Donna Miller; and her stepson Jason Brumfield.
She is survived by: her daughters, Arlene Adams, Regina Brumfield and Patience Brumfield; her sister Elsie Hager; her stepchildren, Jimmy Brumfield, Jerry Brumfield, Terry Brumfield, Rand Brumfield, Kathy Frye and Diana Nelson; and her sister-in-law Shirley Adkins. She is also survived by step grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
