He is survived by: his wife Carol Chaney; his daughters, Jessica Jeffery (Jason) and Cassi Chaney; his grandchildren, Jayden Jeffery, Alayah Chaney and Josie Jeffery; his great grandchild Lily Meador; his siblings, Clifford Clark (Carol), Janie Mills, Janice Sue Clay, Lois Clark and Margaret Adkins (Johnney); and his sister-in-law Loretta Clark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
