He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Huggins and Rita Huggins (Wolfe). He is survived by: his grandsons, Hunter and Nathan Meadows; his wife Opal "Sandy" Huggins (Taylor); his son Shawn Meadows; and his close friends, John Galusky and Garnett Shrout.
