She is survived by: her husband James Howe; her daughters, April Wallace (Robert) and Julie Wise (Michael) of Philippi; her grandchildren, Dean Marteny, Braxton Marteny, Calvin Wise and Nathan Wallace; and her siblings, Jackson "Nook" Jacobs (Mary), Dave Jacobs (Jane Lew) and Alice Snopps (Donny) of Bridgeport.
