He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Mary Butcher Allen; and his brother Matt Allen. He is survived by: his wife Terri Baltzley Allen; his siblings, Mark Allen (Beth), Colleen McCartney (Dave) and Cathy Garrett; his father-in-law Robert Baltzley; and his brother-in-law Rob Baltzley.
