He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Fouse; his children, Jeffrey Ryan Fouse (Cathy) of Capon Bridge, Gregrey Brian Fouse (Kathleen) of Elizabethtown, PA, Robert Douglas Fouse (Bridget) of Bridgeport and Karilynne Sue Pryor (Randall) of Bridgeport; and his siblings, Louise Fouse of Elizabeth, PA, Helen Pyle of Elizabethtown, PA, Ralph Fouse of Joetown, WV and Doyle Fouse (Butch). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, thirty three great grandchildren.
