He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Copley and Lora M. Martin; and his wife Helen E. Copley (Wood). He is survived by: his children, Virginia Lee Harris (Cecil) of Chesapeake, VA and Lawrence Joseph Copley (Jacqueline) of Elkview, WV; his grandchildren, Kelly Jo Broyles (Nicholas), Joseph Craig Copley (Jennifer), Katelyn Lee Simmons (Mark) and Craig Irvin Harris (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Addyson Broyles, Owen Broyles, Emma Copley and Logan Copley; and his siblings, Ken Copley, Ron Copley and Ann Godfrey.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that you make a contribution to the WV Alzheimer's Association or your local Hospice.
