Fazalare; her sons, Fred Fazalare (Sandra) of Shinnston and Gary Fazalare (Amie) of Shinnston; her stepdaughter Lisa Fazalare of Fairmont; her grandchildren, Freddy Fazalare, Bethany King (Burnell), Brandon Fazalare and Cory Fazalare of Shinnston; and her brothers, James Brosius (Carol) of Goshen, Indiana, David Brosius (Margaret) of Erie and John Brosius (Bridgeport).
