He is survived by: his wife Jayne Underwood (Filippine); his children, Jennifer Boni (Mike) of Reedsville and Jason Underwood (Ricka) of Bridgeport; his grandchildren, Emilia, Chaylee Underwood, Mary Grace, Will and Ary Boni; and his sister Linda Carder (Danny) of Stonewood.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Burnside Funeral Home (607 S Virginia Ave, Bridgeport, WV 26330). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
