He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Moore Echard; his children, William Echard, Jr. of Randolph County, WV, Kevin Echard of Clarksburg, WV, Eric Echard of Bridgeport, WV, Aaron Echard (Stepha) of Buffalo, NY, Ryan Echard of Morgantown, WV, Ashley Lenik (Wes) of Brownsville, PA, Aaden, Adison, Audrey, Liam, Ashton and Ellie; and his siblings, Orville Echard, Jr. (Natalla) of New York, Roy Echard of Clarksburg, WV, Pat Echard (Kim) of Bridgeport, WV, Bob Echard of Bridgeprot, WV and Vicki Bland (Mike) of Lost Creek, WV. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren especially his granddaughter.
