He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Shockey and Lucinda Ware Shockey; and his daughter Carrie Shockey. He is survived by: his daughters, Tonnya Lowther (Ed) of Buckhannon and Tammie Shockey of Cape Coral, FL; his granddaughters, Brandi Shea (Joe) of Buckhannon and Shalayna Jade Lowther of Martinsburg, WV; his great grandchildren, Jade Nichole, Maxum Jeffrey and Porter Knox; and his close friends, Bonnie Grunberg and Marrissa Leslie.
