He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter R. Hall and Velva Carpenter Hall; his wife Judy Cutlip Hall; his parents-in-law, Garl Cutlip and Almiranda Hall Cutlip; his grandson Brandon Hall; his siblings, Hollis Hall and Bernice Hall Bates; and his brothers-in-law, Franklin Bates, Doyle D. Smith and George Cochran.
He is survived by : his sons, Matthew Scott Hall (Cynthia Bias Hall) and Walter Patrick Hall (Helen Huang Hall); his grandchildren, Alex Hall, Andrew Hall, Sydney Hall and Aliana Hall; his brother Roger L. Hall (Margaret Hall); his sister-in-law Brenda J. Cutlip; and his sisters, Carolyn Hall Smith, Patricia Hall Cochran and Marlene Hall Williamson (Danny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many other extended family and friends.
