He was predeceased by : his grandparents, John Holliday Dodd Sr., Lovetta Bennett Dodd of Caldwell, WV, Jonas and Lucille Feury Sparks. He is survived by : his parents, Charlotte Sparks Dodd of Caldwell, WV and John Hamilton Dodd Jr. (Janice) of Lewisburg, WV.; his siblings, David Austin Dodd and Diana Norman (Chad) of Ronceverte, WV; his nephew Zachary Blaine Dodd of Lewisburg, WV; and his nieces, Rylee and Sydney Norman of Ronceverte, WV..

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations of sympathy be made to the Toys for Tots – 732 Main Street, Suite 5, Rainelle, WV 25962.
