He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dodson and Macy Carter Dodson; and his brother Frank Dodson. He is survived by: his close friend Betty Light of Capon Bridge, WV; his brother James Dodson (Candace) of Winchester, VA; his children, Jasen Dodson (Elise) of Ocean City, MD, Jon Dodson (Eleni) of Arlington, VA, Jill Dodson of Winchester, VA and Angel Dodson of Fredericksburg, VA; and his grandchildren, Hunter Dodson, Miles Dodson, DeAnna Dodson and Maddie Dodson.
