With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Roger Slack of Capon Bridge, West Virginia, born in Paris, Virginia, who passed away on July 1, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Hixon and Belle Gibson Slack; his wife Sandra H. C. Slack; his son Jeff Slack; his daughter-in-law Mary Catherine; his grandson Ethan Rion; and his son Roger Dean Slack. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
