It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred D. Gibson of Capon Bridge, West Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 20, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Bennett and Margaret Stark Bennett; her daughter-in-law Terri Jo Gibson; and her siblings, Donald Bennett, Margaret "Marge" Wolford and Shirley Zehner.

She is survived by : her husband John F. Gibson; her sons, Mark J. Gibson of Capon Bridge, WV and Mike W. Gibson of Winchester, VA; her brothers, William "Billy" Bennett of Shrewsbury, PA and Richard Bennett of Baltimore, MD; and her grandchildren, Makayla Gibson, Matthew Gibson, Lauren Gibson and Jared Gibson.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
