He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hughes, Sr. and Fannie Dunford Hughes. He is survived by: his children, Mary McCoy of Blacksburg, VA, Linda Duff of Bluefield, VA, Lisa Hughes of Caretta, WV and Joshua Hughes of Caretta, WV; and his brother Emmett Perkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Yukon Penetecostal Holiness Church. A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
